You eventually reach the town, then you follow the paved road to the boss fight, then you go down the paved road to the dungeon. You fight them, you fight zombies on the paved road, you fight skeletons on the paved road. For whatever reason there are cultists doing rituals in the middle of the paved road. From the very moment you spawn in, you just walk down a paved road.
